This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and this experience was a disappointment. It started with the front desk letting us know that they could not give us keys as the machine was broken. We had to be let into our room whenever we left it during our overnight stay. The other issue we had was the noise. We heard noises all night in our 1st floor room. Especially air plane noise which went on all night. The last issue we had was lights that didn’t work in the room which was minor but still annoying. If you want to avoid the sound of jets flying overhead, book a room facing the back of the hotel (east).

We stayed here for several nights while my son was playing in a soccer tournament. They were playing all over Las Vegas so this turned out to be a relatively central location. We've stayed at Tru properties before and have always had a good experience, same as this time. Love the breakfast buffet which was good for us as gluten free vegetarians! And free, which makes it the best buffet deal in Vegas. The rooms are clean and modern feeling. Parking was free and plentiful. My son watched several international soccer games which were playing in the lobby and also played pool on their table. Coffee was available all day which was great for me! Staff were all super friendly and accommodating.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a comfortable and hassle-free stay close to the airport. Within walking distance of the car rental facility, which saved me time and money on transportation. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The shuttle service to the airport was prompt and reliable. Staff was friendly and helpful My room was clean and well-maintained.

This place is getting worse every time we stay. Will be looking at other Hilton properties to stay at. Did two stays in the last two weeks. The first stay I checked in the day before and chose the room we wanted on the app. Day of stay the digital key wasn’t getting send and a red note to see the front desk appeared instead. Called them on the road and they said the room we chose was not available so they gave us another room. Room wasn’t ready at the 3 pm check in and was told 15 mins. Almost an hour later the room was ready and the digital key still wouldn’t work. Kim and Ryan at the desk tried their best but it isn’t their fault. Got to the room and it was ok. Beds have gotten worse and had a bad sleep. Second stay a week later again chose the room and it was ready but key still didn’t work. Had to get that figured out. It worked sometime. Room has same bed issue. Then the tv wouldn’t work. Some channels wouldn’t come in. Talked to Kim and the desk and she checked the lobby tv and same thing. Said she would let manager know. Get in that night and she calls us over to tell us there was a problem with the cable and had a list of names that she put us on for bonus points for the inconvenience. We have since checked out and no points. I have emailed the supervisor and still waiting for a response. We will be looking for another property for future visits.

Property awful- unclean and has odors. The front desk staff particularly unprofessional and unhelpful. Deb & Estella called me out of my name, refused to print a receipt, and argued with me about providing the manager’s contact information. Save yourself the headache.
